Aussie Spins & Tapless Fun !

Hi Guys
Here's my class from last week, it was quite a challenge so we're doing it again tonight.

I will be moving town as of Oct 11th so I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to check out the site. I'm not even sure if I'll have any classes to do.

If you're reading this and you're from Brisbane Queensland keep me in mind for a step moves class.

A

• Mambo turn / straddle 1-16
  *** this whole move is done on the board - step up right left 1-2, do 2 mambos off the front right left 3-8, spin to face the back of the board and do 2 mambos right left & turn to face front 9-14, step down down 15-16
• 1x Mambo cha cha (from the straddle position) 17-20
• 1 Flick kick (off the front) 21-24
• 1 Mambo away from the board and cha cha back towards board 25-28
• Cut the corner (to get back home) 29-32

B

• Drop squat box step & shuffle (or chasse or skip home) 1-8
• L Rocket (or L-step) 9-12
• Quick over the top (lengthways) & rock 13-16
• Pivot (at small end of board) 17-20
• Shuffle down board ** off the front** 21-24
• Chasse home 25-28
• Easy walk/basic step ON THE FLOOR away from the board 29-32

**** on the floor as it makes the next move much easier ****

C

• 1 x Step behind & rock 1-3
• 1 x Stomp 4-6
• Rebound over board (2 repeater curl) 7-12
• Pivot turn 13-16
• Reverse V-step & mambos (do half a reverse V-step, stay on board 17-26
  Facing back of room and do 2 alternate mambos, then step down down)
• Travel clap knee (taking you off the front) 27-32

D

• Step up and straddle down 1-4
• 1 x Reverse hop turn straddle 5-8
• Broadway knee 9-16
• Walk the plank 17-24
• Walk away pivot 25-32

E

• Turn/straddle/turn 1-6
• Spin off & stomp the board 7-12
• Hopscotch (1 x leg curl) to get home 13-16
• L stomp & stomp 17-24
• Clap knee pendulum 25-32
