Speed Kicks

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12197)

Start with planting that left foot firmly on the ground (make sure you're balanced). Right knee comes up and for 30 seconds do front kicks without dropping leg or knee. Now it's time for a roundhouse, left foot is still planted firmly. 30 seconds of speed roundhouses. Move to left side. Although these are speed kicks, make sure everyone is using their muscles and not momentum.

Don't forget to stretch the hip flexors after doing this one!
