Fun Cardio!

- Hustle with single knee - overhead to knee x2 = 16
- Kick - overhead to foot x4 = 8
- Center heel - press down to foot x4 = 8
- Double step touch - 1/2 circle low/overhead x2 = 16
- Lunge back - press front x4 = 8
- Knees - overhead to knee x4 = 8
- Mambo cha cha cha corner to corner - press front = 8
- Hamstrings travel up - swoosh x4 = 8
- Double hamstrings - swoosh x2 = 8
- Hamstrings travel back - swoosh x4 =8
- V-step front/turn left - stir = 4
- V-step left/turn front - stir = 4
- Lunge side to side - press front x4 = 8
- Grapevine - swim = 8
- Squat right/left - press front/overhead = 8
I start out with more repetitions of each move and when we've
done it all I cut it down to the 32 counts.
We follow 40 minutes of cardio with 20 minutes of toning and
stretching.
