Drill this

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12205)

Over-unders........pick partners...one is on all fours on floor, other has to jump over then crawl under repeatedly until time is up...about 60 secondss.

Run to a cone perform 11 pushups...return to start perform 11 sit ups...run to cone again and perform 10 pushups...return to start and perform 10 sit ups..etc.. until you reach 1 and 1.

Run across gym floor perform 5 pushups..run back perform 4..return perform 3..run back perform 2...perfrom 1...perform 2...perform 3...perform 4...perform 5..drill over.
