Rolly Polly arms, soft knees work with the music, knees slightly bent. Arms above head rolling your arms like in boxing take to each side..To keep the phrasing do 16 front 16 side then back to front then opposite side.....Brings on a good sweat

Moves from Caribean Workout, Carol L, Turnstep and me. I try to keep it simple and add the counts. I try to keep it simple not adding too many right left etc. Remember you have to work both sides so just work with the pattern. I print them off then read it as I am doing it makes it much simpler .... During your class however you must Cue with your directions ......I just find reading it makes it easier
