Easy Step Combo with squats

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12217)

OK! Well, as I am a fairly new instructor, this is my first post, and I would first like to thank all of you who put in your combinations and exercises. I've impressed my class on several occasions thanks to your submissions! Here it goes!

Bench is horizontal and you are facing the left wall, so that you are standing parallel to your bench.

When you exit, you are ready to repeat it on the left side, this time facing the right side of the room, leading with your left foot (when you squat, the left foot goes on the bench).

I try to tell my class to really pop up from the squat to add some power. I also like to do this combination at the end because I can just tack on squats like crazy in between the mambos.
