Nice Sweaty Combo

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13010)

Teach a 2 knee repeater right and left then a basic right, then teach a 2 knee repeater, straddle, 2 knee repeater and the basic faces the back of the room. Then add the last change which is over the top of the step (or sometimes called a basic over)

* Ricochet. Teach a 7 knee repeater right and left. This move consists of 6 rebound steps. Step with the right foot, lift the left knee and hop on the right foot touch the left foot on the floor behind the step, then hop on the right foot and touch the left foot on the floor in front of the step, repeat the above procedure 3 times and exit facing the front of your step ready to do the left leg. It is a 16 count move and I always tell my class to touch the floor 6 times. Because it progresses from a 7 knee repeater they sometimes want to touch the floor 7 times.
