This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13017)

These are easy to follow and teach. I hope that you can use them!

Combo 1

Repeat 7X (total 32 counts)
(Right hook on count 1, left hook on count 2, then hold on 3,4 as you finish the V-step)

Repeat 7X (total 32 counts)

Repeat to the other side, starting with a shuffle left, 2 jacks

Combo 2

Repeat on the other side, starting with Shuffle left, Hook right/left/right

*Boxer bounce - shift weight from foot to foot

**Jump in/in/out/in - both feet jump together (1), again (2), both feet jump apart (3), then back together (4)
