This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13029)

Advanced choreography, tapless and self-reversing 32s for y'all!

Block 1:

Block 2:

*Knee pendulum- step up right and lift left knee (1,2), swing right, left, right (3,4,5), lift the right knee (little hop on the left foot, 6), exit right, left (7,8).

**Lunge and twist- A variation on the split basic. Up, up (right, left, 1,2), lunge back right (3), turn right knee out away from the step (4), turn right knee back in to the step (5), lift right knee up (6) and exit right, left (7,8)- thank you Christi Taylor, you ROCK!

***Ham hop repeater- ham, hop to face the back and lift left knee, ham back home to face front repeater.
