Directional Changes

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13034)

Begin facing front with bench vertical (short sides facing front and rear and YOU standing at left side of the bench)



My first submission, I have such guilt using and not adding! I hope you can follow these directions.... Have fun, this is great once you get the class cooking on the directional changes, it is really a great workout!
