Burnin' Butts

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13035)

Hey, hows everyone !!!
This is the 1st time I have submitted a pattern so if there is any problems understanding please let me know.

My Body Sculpting Class loves to hate this one!!

I start with everyone laying on there side legs bent (like being seated in a chair.)

I start with a set of basic leg lifts, (keeping leg bent bring the leg up and down in the air).

The next thing I do is a set of "Kick backs", (keeping legs bent in a seated position) bring the top leg up and then back (bending right above the hamstring) do a set or two of 15.

The last one I use is a "Hip Rotation" keeping the same position lift top leg up and using your hip rotate top knee to touch the bottom knee, foot should always be in the air.

The 1st few times these moves feel a little awkward but after a few they will get the hang of it.

I normally do a combination of 2 or 3 mixing them up every time and I always feel the burn with my class.
