Combo 1
- Turnstep
- Over the top
- Turnstep
- Superman (back leg extension with arms up high)
- 2 Single kicks
- Repeater knees
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- 2 A-steps
- 2 Turnsteps
- Diagonal
- Hop turn
- Repeater hamstring curl
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- Split basic 2
- Kung fu kick 2 (side kick, or can do side leg abductors)
- Inner thigh repeater
Repeat other side
Combo 4
- V-step 2 (option: hourglass, 1 V on bench on backward V
on floor)
- I-step
- Right basic, walk over bench
- 4 Count walk around end of bench to right (option: step
touch around or waltz around)
- Repeater kicks
Repeat other side
All combos are 32 count, self-reversing. As you can see, just
for fun, each combo ends with a different repeater! Hope you
