Push-up/Plank Combo

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13058)

This is a great strengthening set that I often use towards the end of class.

Have students hold plank position for 30 seconds.
Next, drop down and do five slow count push ups.

Back to the plank (no break) and continue this pattern for 3 sets (I usually do tricep pushups for the last set).

A great core muscles set.
