Syncopated Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13059)

Start off in a "Cat "stance but Square off body to the front with your right leg forward, left leg back (weight starts off distributed evenly on both legs until the snap (or front kick)

Think 123456 78

The class loves it. At first it might be hard to get the 78 counts in, but the more advanced will pick up and love it, the beginners it will give them somthing to work towards. Good luck!

I usually cue it as, hook upper hook upper and I count it, 1234, then I add 56 and say step snap, finally I add 78. I find people have a hard time going from the jab cross right into the hook upper again.
