Tupperware Dice
This is an
Aquatic pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 13067)
This is borrowed from the
"Roll the dice" combo
but changed to work in the water. Put your dice in a
tupperware container so the participants can throw it around
after they take a turn of "shaking" the dice! Change the 6
choices to accomodate the water such as:
- 1. X-country ski (cardio)
- 2. Barrel Roll/IT with buoys (float on back arms straight
like "I", tuck legs and arms in, roll over on to tummy and
bring arms to "T".
- 3. Arms strength (bicep curls, tricep, shoulders etc.)
- 4. Legs strength (kicks, circles etc.)
- 5. Jog with swim arms
- 6. Jackpot, move of their choice.
Your options for each of the 6 options is endless and the
class had fun throwing the tupperware at each other!
