Combo 1 - tapless
- Hourglass (8) - (V-step forward on bench - V-step back on
floor)
- Repeater hamstring (8)
- Repeater knee up cross back 2X (16) - (on third knee of
repeater cross the leg back to end up on the other side
of bench)
Combo 2
- L-step (4)
- Over the top (long way) 2X (8)
- C-step 2X (8) - (just like over the top, but come off
long side of bench to make a C shape)
- Over the top (long way) 2X (8)
- L-step home (4)
Combo 3
- A-step 3X / Power knee (16)
- Single knee/single kick/single knee/diagonal (16)
- Hamstring straddle/hamstring exit to face back of room (8)
- Traveling hamstrings /repeater hamstring (both facing
back of room) (16)
- Hamstring straddle/hamstring exit to face front of room (8)
Combo 4
- Charleston 2X/Repeater knee straddle(16)
- Walk the curb/walk around to other side/over the top (16)
- X-step 2X (straddle forward-straddle back)/straddle
exit/turnstep 2X (32)
Combo 5
- Stomp and straddle 2x/over the top/ 2 jacks (16)
- Cut the corners* (16)
- L-step/traveling power knees (16)

Horizontal bench - all combos are self-repeating
*Cut the corners:
- 1- facing the right side of room cut corner to short side
of bench so you are facing back of room
- 2- facing the back of room cut corner to long side
of bench so you are facing left side of room
- 3- facing the left side of room cut corner to short side
of bench so you are facing front of room
- 4- facing the front of room cut corner to long side
of bench so you are facing right side of room
