Dori's Tempo Mix

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 13082)

I like to pick songs where the tempo totally changes, or at least every few songs, to mix it up and alternate between cardio emphasis, strength and endurance. The following is about a 50 minute workout, including warm-up, cool down and stretch. Place 15-30 second recoveries in as your class requires; I usually do one every 2-3 songs. Enjoy.
