The bench to my left is Home so this is left foot lead.
These are reversing 32s.
Combo #1
Start on Home between boards:
- I call this "do-see-do": kick right leg on Home, walk
back around Home to the outside (6 walks on the floor) (8)
- Over Home to the inside (4)
- "1 foot fling" over Away on the right foot (left foot
flings behind) (4)
- "1 foot fling" over Away on the left foot (right foot
flings behind) (4)
Note: Cue your class to unload the knee by hopping on the
flings - if they are unable/unwilling to hop, have them do
2 regular over the tops
- Stay on Away (!!) for a left knee lift (4)
- Repeater on Home. For more complexity, I do a "repeater
boxer". On Home this is a right knee lift, 3 fast heels
on top (right-left-right), right knee lift, step down
between boards (8)
Combo #2
Start on home between boards:
- Up lunge for 3 (left-right-left) (8 count)
- Double squat (left foot on the bench, right foot on the
floor, right foot comes back up on 4th count (4 count)
exit to outside of Home (2) jack (2)
- Helicopter (hopturn? Not sure what the rest of the world
calls it) (4)
- Turnstep left on Away (4)
- Charleston on Home (4)
- Kick on Home (4)
