Doris Cardio Ball # 10, easy 32 counts

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 13089)

Hi dear friends! It's been a long time since my last pattern.... Here's an easy 32 counts:

Standing position:


Note: For the double leg curl, simply hold the ball over opposite shoulder.

Repeat with left foot leading for another 32 counts.
