Hi dear friends! It's been a long time since my last
pattern.... Here's an easy 32 counts:
Standing position:
FEET -- ARMS (BALL)
- Squats moving right 2X -- 1 or 2 dribble with each squat (4)
- Squats moving left 2X -- Throw and catch the ball one (4)
- Chassé (shuffle) right -- Half circle (horseshoe) up (4)
- Chassé (shuffle) left -- Half circle (horseshoe) up (4)
- Scoops moving forward 4X -- Dribble with each scoop (8)
- Leg curl moving backward single/single/double
(left-right-right)-- Half circle (horseshoe) down (8)
Note: For the double leg curl, simply hold the ball over
opposite shoulder.
Repeat with left foot leading for another 32 counts.
