(pattern 13097)
- 1:00 Flat road build cadence to 100rpm and heartrate to 75%
- :45 Standing climb to 80-85%
- :15 Standing climb all out
- 3:00 Recovery to 70%
Repeat 3x= 15 mimutes
I've used this for race day preperation. I've used this also
as a power interval, or can be modified as a speed interval
by tweaking the cadence and resistance a bit.
