This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13098)

Facing front wide feet stance hips to right:

Repeat pattern with knees changing to heel kick/heel kick

Repeat pattern with heel kick/heel kick changing to knee lift /heel kick

I always seem to teach completely differently to everyone I know, but still getting the same message across - this is part one of my Kick Aerobics routine - plenty more to follow...
