sweaty and lots of fun

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13102)

Hello everybody,
I hope everyone is getting ready for summer, I always tell my class when they are getting tired and stuff is burning, "Just remember, you will thank me when you are bathing suit shopping!" Anyway, here is a couple of new ones, as always they may have borrowed stuff in them!

Combo #1

YOU HAVE TO BREAK IT DOWN!!!

Right food forward stance for all of the following:

Do this about 8-12 times

Do this for two sets of 32 counts

Then when they really have it down, cut everything down

Let them take a water break then do it on the left side/ left front forward stance.

It may sound complicated but if you break everything down until they have it, it really isn't that bad. I had some new people in class who picked up on it really easy.

The finally combo I cue like this: jab/cross move it up, squat back, now give me that back kick two times, all right triple jab move it UP!, bob back, one more triple jab move it UP!
