Simply Movin'

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 13105)

Thanks for all the info you instructors submit. Hope there is something in here you can take in trade for all you help! These patterns allow either right or left lead.

1st Pattern:

Repeat on left

2nd Pattern:

Repeat on left

3rd Pattern:

Repeat on left

*Touch right forward, backward and land in deep athletic stance. That is similar to a held squat position.

**Jump facing full right and then full left. Repeat once more for 8 count move.

***Hop into a right lunge (remember soft knees and land heel first) then hop out of it. Add two hops both feet at center and repeat on left finishing with the two center hops.
