Warmup ideas to please (2)

Warmup pattern from

Hi There, these warmups are self-reversing - hope you can
use some of my ideas.
Combo 1: right lead
- Chasse diagonally to right and then diagonally to left and
back again (16)
- *Easy walk (8)
- **Right foot stomp x2 + 1x knee up (8)
- 1/2 grapevine to the left + double knee up then another
1/2 grapevine to the left + big jack (squat) to the
left. (16)
- Then you do the same travelling to the right. (16)
- Right foot X-step (8)
- Hamstring curl (8)
- X-step (8)
- March 2 steps wide and jump back to center x2
Start whole choreography on left foot.
Combo 2: right lead
- Mambo cha cha cha + pivot cha cha cha (8)
- Hamstring curl corner (8)
- Mambo cha cha cha + pivot cha cha cha (8)
- 2x Heel toe tap and the big jack (squat) to the right (8)
- Grapevine diagonally to the left and back (8)
- Hamstring curl single single double (8)
- Grapevine diagonally to the right and back (8)
- Hamstring curl single single double (8)
- Repeater standing on left leg (8)
- V-step right foot turning to your right (8)
- Repeater on right foot (8)
- V-step left lead turning back to front(8)
Start whole choreography on left foot
*Easy walk is just taking 2 big steps forward whilst bending
deep in the knees and then you step back again.
**Stomp + knee up: the same as when you stomp on a step in other
words you step forward, lift the foot up and put it down again
x2 and then you step forward and do a knee up.
