- (1-8) Grapevine with 3 alternating hamstring curls
- (9-16) Grapevine with single and a double hamstring curl
- (17-20) Step touch x2
- (21-24) Step heel on step x2
- (25-28) Step touch x2
- (29-32) Step heel on step x2
- (1-6) March
- (7-8) Step over (step right, left all the way over the step
without touching the step. You are now facing the back)
- (9-14) March
- (15-16) Step over
- (17-32) Basic step x4
- (1-8) Knee lift x2
- (9-16) Repeater knee
- (17-24) Knee x2
- (25-32) Repeater knee
Repeat the whole routine on the other side
