Double-knee and walk
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 13121)
- Basic right 4x
- Walk over the top
- Lunge right then left
- Step touch 2x around the right side of your step
- Turn on the step 3x
- Basic left 4x
- Walk over top
- Lunge left then right
- Step touch 2x around the left side of your bench
- Turn on step 3x
- Stay on right side of your bench and double-knee
- Walk 4 counts behind your step (add a turn on the floor
if you want)
- Double-knee on other side of your bench
- Do this until class catches on and then shorten it up
- Your last double-knee should be on the right side of your
bench (short end)
- Stay here and cross 3x
- 1 Diagonal and 3 heel fronts moving back
- 1 Diagonal and 3 heel fronts moving back then 2 triples
- T-step off short end of your step 4x
- Now on left side of the short end of your step 4 side legs
- Take it around your step 8 side legs
- Now hold sideleg up for 8 then 2 step touch
- Turnstep 3x
- Repeat double-knee and walk on other side (and sidelegs)
- Turnstep 3x
- Kick corner to corner 4x
- Then kick 1 on step and then turn back on floor (4 counts)
then kick on floor 4x
- Then kick corner to corner on step
- Then kick turn back on other side
- Then kick corner to corner 4x
- basic right from the top
Do same routine but use hamstring instead of heel front and
leg extension instead of side leg (take leg extension
backwards)
Then combine all moves
Then shorten it up and do step touches
