Double-knee and walk

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13121)

Do same routine but use hamstring instead of heel front and leg extension instead of side leg (take leg extension backwards)

Then combine all moves

Then shorten it up and do step touches

This is the first time I sent anything in let me know what you think!!!
