One Combo- Jones#3

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13125)

Bench is horizontal. 32 counts, self-reversing.

Repeat left lead

Lunge Knee--
step on top of bench and stay there, lunge back with left leg, tap down to floor with your right leg and immediately into a right knee and then exit the bench.

I will keep them at a basic while I demonstrate a few times. It is almost like a split basic. Up, 2 lunges back, and exit. The only thing different is the tap down and knee.
