Lots of Knees

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13128)

Hi all,
I use knee lifts for everything in the water. They make for very smooth transitions. Do these to 145bpm - 155bpm. Have fun.

Repeat as time permits.
