12-12-12 Drill

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13419)

This is my first addition. Wish I could say that I came up with this one!

My classes love this drill. I also mix the drill up to include a 12 minute climb (alternate seated and atanding), 12 minutes of jumps (2 to 4 count), and 12 minutes of sprints with short recoveries. It is a great drill to play with, and even the hard core people love this one. I would love to see more additions on drills!
