Variations on the squat!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 13420)

Good morning this site...I do lots of body sculpting classes and it helps keep things fresh! They always groan when I come in with something good...."She's been on the computer again!"

So here goes...simple and very effective!

Start with feet under hips, abs tight, weight in the heels.

NOTES: Always cue weight in the heels, abs tight, hips back, toes over ankles, chest and chin up. Do not let them bend at the waist, make sure they are sitting the hips back, not doing a knee bend.

This is a very smooth pattern, everything flows into the next exercise. If you want to make it harder, do all the moves to a two count down, two counts up...they will be feeling it big time!
