I was doing some ball work the other day in my class and came up with this on the spur of the moment. Got lots of groans!!!
Started with wall squats. Ball against wall or mirror, put your lower back on the ball and squat.
We do:
Take it down into a squat and hold. Now for that inner thigh
Bring knees together. We do
It they are still speaking to you give them of another set of each.
My class begs for mercy after this!!!
