Easy Step Combos

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13424)

All moves are 32 count and can be repeated on the left side as well. You can "milk" the combos by changing the single knees to other moves like side leg/kicks/ham curls/and glute squeeze. Just keep them moving continually and throw in moves that are not combos but just single moves to really work them! Thank you for all the things I stole from you guys!
