Jack, Jog and Jump

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13434)

Hi Fellow Aquafans

I use this in my shallow classes to get the class warm before isolation work.

Then repeat with left leg leading. Start pattern low intensity, by using small moves and walking instead of jogging, knee lifts not tuck jumps, then increase the intensity be enlarging the moves and adding propulsions.
