Nanc's Kick Galore Combo (hey-I'm running out of names! :-)

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13437)

This one is just kind of fun and it involves three different kicks. It also uses the front and back of the classroom for those members who like to turn during combinations.

Crescent kick left, round kick right, front snap kick left, then finish with a jab-punch left right. So, the first two moves are at a forward target, and then that round kick turns you so now you are facing the back of the class, and you finish off with a jab-punch combo. Now, if they prefer, the participants can just face forward during each move.

A little variation now: you can really get them turning (make sure the floor is appropriate for this option), by changing that front snap kick to a back kick and have the back kick ALSO hitting a front target, so they have to do a full 360 turn after the round kick to complete it, and then, again, finish with the jab-punch. I usually show it both ways alternating back and forth. This is a good option for them also, because they will likely get dizzy if they turn during each of the 8 counts (that is a lot of turning). Now, of course, they can also still do the back kick instead of the front snap and just make it hit a back target instead.
