This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13446)

This is my first time posting, so please let me know what you think! I teach basic moves, then have the students add their own intensity.


Reverse to left lead.
After a few, add a power move after the jabs (jab, jab-cross) and reverse each time with no bob and weave in between.


Reverse to left lead.




Repeat 4x, reverse to the left.



Before every class I remind everyone that a waist high kick is considered an advanced move, and that one well controlled kick is worth more than a hundred "flingers". I also tend to do more reps of simple patterns so everyone can participate safely. After the first go round with the patterns, we repeat what we learned and put all of our strength into it! I hope this helps as much as the combos I have found here!
