Inner thigh glide

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13461)

This is a very simple yet effective way to incorporate more of the inner thigh into a step routine. I usually do this towards to end of the workout as a way to bring the heart rate down a notch.

Horizontal bench:


* To add a little extra intensity I add a right side kick to the L-step.

** Step out right and squat and as you come up slide/drag your left heel towards your right foot- it is a 4 count move but have them focus on the inner thigh as they drag the leg in. I also cut this down and do 1/2 L with 3 squat and slides. Do as many times until they feel it burn or incorporate it into your step routine. Either way it is really effective.
