A Little Bit of Everything for Everybody

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13463)

This routine is great for beginners to advanced. It's easy to kick it up or simplify it. I'm using it in an intermediate class. Enjoy!

** A reverse turnstep is a regular turnstep except your back is facing the step and you are facing the back of the room. At the end of the move, instead of stepping down you would do a double repeater, i.e. two lunges, knee pulls, kicks, whatever you like! Then step down and repeat the reverse turnstep to the other side for a total of 16 counts.

*** A ricochet is a hop turn, but instead of exiting you would spring yourself back to the front of the step for a total of 6 counts. Your main foot never leaves the top of the step until you are back in front. I finish this with a jack to make it an 8 count move.
