Bash Those Balls!!

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 13479)

You will need to do this in partners.

One partner stands hugging the ball, knees bent holding core muscles TIGHT THROUGHOUT! Whilst the other partner slaps the ball in all directions as hard as possible, for up to around 20 - 30 slaps and then change. It's a great laugh. One tip though.... it's handy if both partners are around the same height. Secondly you can also do the slap whilst one partner is lying in the bridge position on top of the ball, you know, shoulders across the ball the rest of the body in a straight line, holding core muscles tight. At the same time hugging the ball whilst the other partner slaps. (With this postion you can have partners of different heights)
