Hello there! This is my first entry so I hope you all understand it! It is a nice easy pattern but intensity can definitely be added!

Now you are ready to go double step touch to the left!
That is it! This was the first pattern I ever taught. It is easy but can add intensity to it by getting low on the double step touches, transfer the weight on the step touches and getting low on the curls, almost a squat position. I get the classes to really reach forward with their arms and pull in on the curls. Thanks to all for the great ideas in the past (and future!).
