Muscle Conditioning Workout.

To start off, Thanks Turnstep for this great site!! And all you others for putting all the great moves and ideas in here. It is very helpful to us new instructors.

Since I have gotten so many great ideas from you all, I thought it would only be fair to return the gesture. Here is a workout that I really like to use. It is a change from the regular cardio that so many of us do. The first time I did a conditioning workout, the ladies in the group really enjoyed it.

You will be working the arms and legs separately. (Unless directed to otherwise) I generally work each move between 30 and 50 reps, depending on the conditioning of your group.

I can usually run through the set three times in 45 minues. Each set, I add variations to the moves, so as not to be doing the same thing over and over. If you have any questions about any of the above moves, please feel free to contact me!!
