Aqua Add Add Add On!

Hi there well this is my first entry, I have been madly reading everyone else's and thought is about time for me to hopefully give back to you all. This is basic, yet a good one to keep the class moving. I use the following moves but instead of going through all of them we start off with move 1 and 2, then go back to 1, 2, and add on 3, then go back to 1, 2, 3, and add on 4 and so on until all moves are put together.

• 1. Front kicks - low
• 2. Front kicks - high
• 3. Knees up (with or without elbows to knees)
• 4. Rocking horse on the left
• 5. Skis - low - high (I use low when I refer to legs and arms staying close to the body)
• 6. Rocking horse on the right
• 7. Jacks (star jumps) low - high
• 8. Push backs (alternating legs back with both arms forward)

After they have a taste for the moves and I have given any options that are required I then count the moves i.e: 12 counts and add the next move (can go through 2x)then to 8 counts and finally 4 counts which really speeds up the combination. Remember you can change the moves to suit your class and their abilities.

I have tried this on a number of my classes and not one person didn't find it a challenge and the time just wizzed by. I go by KISS (Keep It Short and Simple)
