Hello again. I used a combo tonight that was extremely easy to follow yet there was enough movement my class really really enjoyed it. When I teach my combos, I teach using music to the 32 that way if I get off I can have them hold a move until I get back on. It helps a lot with my cueing.
I also break my combos down like a step instructor would so I start them out with the first move then add on the second and do the two together then add on the third for the complete combo. For some reasons threes seem to work the best for me. They're easier to remember.
I especially like this combo because the class moves in all directions and gets a front workout (kicks) as well as a back workout (back kicks skis)
This is all from my point of view and I mirror my class so when I move forward the class moves back and when I move right my class moves left.
I hope you can use it.
