The best all over leg workout

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13505)

Start with right foot on step, left leg in a lunge pattern. Lunge up and down in stationary position for count of 10.

Then turn lunge into all the way up on step (with right foot never leaving step..you end up standing tall on step), back down to lunge on floor. Continue for count of 10.

Then add on to that move, a left hamstring lift, really squeezing left glute.

Then stand on top of step with both feet and squat for 10.

Repeat with left leg on step.

This works every part of the leg. Try adding weights for a real challenge.

Hope you enjoy this (and it takes up a little time in class). They will be screaming.
