This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 13509)

Warm up combo

* Repeat going around the room


Combo one

Combo two

Combo three

Repeat jogging back and hopping the other side.

After going through each combination in order, I then reverse back each combo to cool them down! Enjoy!
