Soccer touch

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 13518)

Hi! I play soccer and only have practice 2 days a week! So I do it everday at home.

1) Get in a comfortable position with your legs extended. Then, if you have a soccer ball or anything the size of a soccer ball, your going to take the ball over your head *while still lying down* and bring the ball up and your knees in so the ball will touch your toes. Try to keep your legs locked when you bring them in. Do this 5 times. 5 times = 1 set. Do 5 sets 2-3 times a day. :)

I got major results from this and I pretty sure you will too. Its important to drink lots of water after you do this to keep your system going to burn fat away :)
