6-Step Killer Abs
This is an
Abs pattern from

(pattern 13523)
Get into the normal/regular ab crunch position. They then think, oh same old ab crunches.
- Lie on back (normal/regular ab crunch position)
- Crunch up
- Grap legs with arms
- Pull up higher
- Release arms and hold
- Pulse for 8 (or however many you want)
- Release slowly back to the floor.
Suprise, not the same old boring and easy ab crunches. This is a love/hate relationship.
