Easy Flow Low I for All Ages

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13544)

All sections are in 32 count phrasing and I find that the easiest way for participants to do.

*Sweep steps are done much like speed skating. One sweeps his legs out side just like he is skating and swings his arms side to side in the opposite direction.

This low-impact choreography can be use with any age level. If you use this for a senior class, please remember to keep the beats per minute between 125 to 132 (depending upon the age of your participants). I do each move in a section 32 counts and then add on the next move and the next and the next. From there I break it down to the final 32 count phrase. After learning a 32 count phrase, we always go back to the top of the routine and do the whole thing together.

Be careful when doing lateral movements (grapevines) with seniors. I always take it slow and wait till everyone catches on.

Have questions? Please email me! Thank you for all the great routines you have submitted. I have enjoyed them. Have fun!
