(pattern 13550)
"Hills of Truth"
- Warmup- 3 minutes
- Jumping sprints - position 2- 10 seconds each (30 of them)
- Water recover 1 minute
- Seated hill climb- 7 minutes (each minute increase)
- Transition to 7 minute standing heavy climb (position 3)
- Recover-2 minutes
- Seated spints- 15 seconds each, (10 of them)
- Heavy run- 3 minutes transition to reverse jumps, 30 of them.
- Recover-water 1 minute
- 3- 2 Minute hill climb position 3 very heavy resistance (1 minute recovery after each one)
- 10-30 Second rolling hills (extremley heavy) - rpm 15-18/15 second
- Recover if you can 1 minute
- Seated flat 4 minutes (moderate resistance)
- Seated hill sprints (upper moderate resistance) 10 at 12 seconds each. 30 second recovery after each one (you will need it!!!!)
Cool down 3 minutes
