Combo 1
- (1-4) Basic step
- (5-8) Scoop backwards x2
- (9-10) 2 Walks forwards
- (11-16) Double inner thigh lift
- (17-24) Step up, up, straddle down, up, up and exit (option: jump up onto step after straddle)
- (25-32) Repeat last line to get back where you started
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-8) *Funky L
- (9-12) Knee lift
- (13-16) Knee lift on the floor turning to face the back of the room as you do the knee
- (17-22) 2 Quick stomps (on the same foot) and outer thigh lift (option: double outer thigh lift)
- (23-28) Repeat last line on the other side
- (29-32) **Pushover

Combo 3
- (1-8) Knee repeater (option: knee repeater turning 1/2 way round step and straddle)
- (9-12) Mambo
- (13-16) Hamstring curl
- (17-24) Kick x2
- (25-32) Repeater kick

- (5-10) Mixed double (knee lift and inner thigh lift)
- (11-18) Mixed repeater (knee, inner thigh, outer thigh)
- (19-24) Hamstring curl on top of step x2 and exit
- (25-32) V-step x2
