Lori-Ann's 4 Minute Kick A** Drill

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13870)

This drill is amazingly simple but it works really well. Tension is at 50% Now tell your participants to cycle as hard as they can for 5 seconds, then rest for 5 seconds, repeat over and over for 4 minutes. It sounds easy but wait till you do it. Its a killah.
